Course Description

This qualification reflects the role of individual who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. International students requirements: ? IELTS band 5.5 or equivalent and above ? Students must be 18 years of age or over ? Students must have completed an equivalent of year 12

Course Structure

This program has been designed to be delivered as face to face Classroom sessions. Activities include: ? group discussions ? case studies / scenarios ? role plays ? activities RPL is also offered to all students as part of the process. For each unit, students are provided with training manuals, which include all materials used in the training sessions, required assessment materials and additional reading and reference materials.
